Wow, it’s been over a month since I last posted anything. Life has been crazy and busy.

Challenges at work:
- Need a really good creative web designer
- Need a junior web designer
- Need a really good ASP.NET Lead Programmer

Challenges at home:
- Need to turn in our 2001 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan at the end of its lease, working through a really bad bank – USBank (formerly Firstar Bank)
- Need to figure out why our freezer just up and stopped making ice
- Need to clean out our bedroom of everything so my brother can come and refinish the walls, so we can paint and redecorate it, along with installing new carpeting

Other Challenges:
- How to find more time to reflect and increase the margins in my life
- Continue my physical therapy exercises and medication for my shoulder, so that I can get back to swimming
- How to find a Conservative candidate I can support in 2008 – that one is REALLY hard!
